Teaching Assistant: Data Center Technician

Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments Experience in mentoring or supervising Desire to support students in upskilling their careers into data roles Empathy, flexibility, patience; passion for working with diverse learners who are new to content A+ or Network+ certification an asset

Monitor and answer Learner questions on Slack channels promptly. Check in with Learners after live sessions. Facilitate breakout rooms during lectures. Assist instructors with technical difficulties during lectures. Foster discussion and share relevant resources. Hold up to six (6) Individual Office Hours via Zoom with Learners. Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects within seven (7) days. Provide feedback to Correlation One team via Weekly Write Ups. Attend weekly staff meetings with Correlation One team and other Expert Network staff. Attend all scheduled meetings with camera on, ensuring active engagement and professional presence.
