Sr. Cloud Engineer / Architect

Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s or equivalent. Proficient with major cloud services providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. 12+ years of varied experience implementing all aspects of solution architecture. 10+ years of complex enterprise experience leading architecture efforts. 10+ years of architecture scalable, secure, highly available, and fault tolerant technical solutions. 6+ years of experience with major cloud services providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. 6+ years of understanding of cloud security principles and practices. 5+ years of banking or financial services and products domain experience. Proven success in planning, influencing, and leading architecture initiatives across IT and business organizations and teams.

Drive the architectural effectiveness of technology solution-related initiatives for the cloud platform. Envision future state cloud architecture aligned with business objectives and develop technology roadmaps. Architect cloud platform solutions that address business capabilities and non-functional requirements. Design solutions to advance and optimize enterprise infrastructure. Mentor, provide guidance, support design efforts, and establish standards for Product Engineering teams. Evaluate cloud platform technology, market trends, and identify opportunities for cost effectiveness and automation. Promote architecture process and results to organization leadership. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural best practices and standards. Contribute to enterprise knowledge base by creating and updating articles on cloud standards and best-practices.
