Requirements:

- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing time and tasks independently.
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, Zoom, and other tools necessary to stay organized and productive in a remote work environment.
- Strong attention to detail when updating CRM systems and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for driving sales through cold calling.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by conducting high-volume cold calls to prospects in B2B markets, ensuring a consistent flow of new leads.
- Quickly qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process, leveraging your cold-calling efforts to engage prospects and identify sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers, ensuring smooth transitions to the sales team for further engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of cold call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and track progress within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Keep an active pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and continuous movement through the sales process.
- Work closely with account executives and sales managers to align on market targets, share insights, and refine outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams to improve cold-calling techniques, scripts, and lead engagement strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for cold calls, lead qualification, and appointment-setting, driving measurable success.
