CAD - Software Licensing Lawyer

8+ years of experience, with a focus in drafting and negotiating technology related contracts and agreements including SaaS, Cloud, Software Licensing and Confidentiality. Experience in the technology industry. Experience working independently and cross-functionally. Well versed in negotiating and managing MSA's, NDA's, order forms/quote and DPA's, as well as vendor and contractor agreements. Proven ability to take on complex projects while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. Sense of urgency combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross functionally. Positive mentality and willingness to tackle new and ever-changing business needs. Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Provide practical legal advice and support on international business matters in a fast-paced environment.
