1-2+ years of quota-carrying experience in new business development or account management. Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding high-volume metrics and sales goals. Experience managing high-volume, transactional sales, forecasting, and pipeline management. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Team player mentality, coachable, self-motivated. Experience using Salesforce CRM and Monday.com is a plus. Experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry is a plus.
