Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive experience in HRIS systems transformation and integration. Proven track record in integrating various HR systems and components. Experience in documenting using BPMN 2.0 standards. Previous experience as an HR Solution Architect or Integration Lead. Strong knowledge of core HR functions and HRIS concepts, particularly Oracle HCM Fusion (is a plus). In-depth understanding of BPMN 2.0 notation and best practices. Experience with OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO). Familiarity with SAML-based integration. Excellent coordination skills. Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements in HR systems. Expertise in system architecture and design using tools like Draw.io and Visio.
