Knowledge of streaming data tools such as Kafka. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Knowledge of distributed systems. Experience in leading cross-functional projects. Proficiency in project management process and techniques (Staff planning, executing, monitoring). Experience in leading and mentoring teams. Excellent communication skills. Ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Excellent problem-solving skills. Experience building Ecommerce Marketplace Solutions or Products (bonus).
