Requirements:

• Candidates must live in LATAM, preferably Mexico.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in GTM recruiting is required.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is necessary.
• Candidates should be familiar with Mexico's sales and customer service hiring landscape.
• Experience in hiring customer service representatives and enterprise sales reps is also needed.
• Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• The recruiter will primarily be recruiting for customer service representatives based in Mexico.
• This position involves working with a well-known tech client.
