Responsibilities:
Guide patients through their medicinal cannabis journey. Act as a link between patients and doctors, handling inquiries. Explain access pathways and TGA/Special Access Scheme processes. Conduct structured patient pre-assessments via telehealth. Discuss patient conditions and establish treatment goals. Explain medicinal cannabis treatments in a patient-friendly manner. Maintain meticulous medical records. Oversee pathology requests and results. Manage general administrative clinic tasks.
