Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a inside sales B2C role with a track record of owning and scaling company processes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little direction.
- Highly collaborative with excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to track and report on key performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patient referrals or website inquiries.
- Handle enrollment questions and feedback from consumers.
- Convert interested patients by enrolling them in the program.
- Navigate financial and subscription plan discussions with patients.
- Ensure a smooth and scalable patient enrollment process.
- Manage insurance enrollment and credentialing.
- Address inbound non-clinical support and enrollment inquiries.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and referring physician offices to improve processes.
- Leverage technology to address patient questions and resolve challenges.
- Work with product and marketing teams to prioritize clinical workflow and product changes.
- Execute strategic projects that improve patient and customer satisfaction.
