Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer solutions/success, consultancy, or project management.
  • 2+ years of experience with the public sector preferably with exposure to high-tech solutions.
  • Comprehensive expertise in scaling solutions in the public sector.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding process for clients and ensure effective implementation and usage of ICEYE's products.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to support client contract renewals and identify up-selling opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements and maintain a strong understanding of ICEYE’s NatCat products.
