- Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Coordinate redeliveries when necessary.
- Ensure all issues are tracked and resolved.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance future service delivery.
- Strive to enhance customer experience by providing prompt, accurate, and helpful support.
- Support Operations team in Flood Insights product delivery-related activities as required.
