Expert-level knowledge of Maximo functionality. Experience leading Maximo implementation projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Familiarity with ALC maintenance business areas. Thorough knowledge of Agile principles. Experience with Atlassian tools, Azure Dev/Ops, PL SQL Developer, and MS Office. Familiarity with Cloud One, AWS, Azure, BIRT/Eclipse. Maximo certification preferred.

Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems. Guides less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. Analyzes user requirements and recommends solutions through configuration changes. Provides Tier II call center support for Maximo issues. Identifies opportunities for software quality improvement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams for process improvements and system implementations. Elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements. Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders. Writes detailed descriptions of user needs and system functions.
