Experience hiring virtual assistants or working with staffing agencies offering virtual assistant services Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Human Operations Management, Organizational Development, Communication, English, or similar Proven solid experience in talent sourcing and hiring Experience working as a full-cycle recruiter and sourcing high-quality candidates Experience sourcing through social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram etc.) Experience working with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS) Used data to validate the success of hiring efforts Experience working with online meeting platform skills (Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype) Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail Critical thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication in English Tech-savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset Confident, coachable, and enthusiastic team player
