Sr. Data Analyst

6-8 years of experience as an individual contributor in analytics and programming. Proven ability to interface with high value customers. Strong skills in building robust and performant models. Track record of delivering high quality data analysis consistently. Passion for building intuitive technology and eagerness to learn. Ability to prioritize customer requirements effectively. Willingness to take over tasks outside core competencies.

Work with data stack including Python (Pandas to NLTK), Postgres, Looker, ECS, Docker. Serve as the main technical liaison between Reserv and large customers. Ship reporting code and build ML tools to meet customer needs. Translate the core lifecycle of a claim into structured data. Partner with product ops to incorporate data collection into the claim lifecycle. Communicate ideas through detailed writing. Influence the culture and processes of the engineering team. Encourage creativity and outside-the-box thinking.
