Responsibilities:
  • Gain energy law experience in an in-house environment at the California ISO.
  • Work with a legal team that advises on regulatory compliance, litigation, contract negotiation, and corporate matters.
  • Represent the ISO before federal and state courts, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and public utility commissions.
