Requirements:
Completed degree in Marketing, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in tactical and strategic campaign optimization in performance marketing or a similar position. Experience in advising and supporting specialist departments in the implementation of use cases, from the development and conception of advertising campaigns to the preparation of results in the form of reports and presentations. Strong analytical skills and a high degree of data affinity. Knowledge in the areas of data protection and data compliance. Basic knowledge in the creation and maintenance of target group profiles and in the use of Customer Data Platforms (similar system knowledge, such as a Data Management Platform, is useful). Basic technical knowledge in web tracking and the implementation of tracking tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer activation and engagement strategies across digital touchpoints to increase customer loyalty and new customer acquisition. Further develop strategic approaches and create media strategies and plans for relevant target groups. Create and maintain detailed target group profiles based on customer behavior and demographic data in a Customer Data Platform. Continuously optimize selection and audience management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with specialist departments to identify and prioritize use cases for optimal alignment of marketing measures with business goals. Advise and support channel experts in the execution of audience-based always-on performance measures. Conduct final evaluations, detailed analyses, and gather learnings and recommendations for optimizing future marketing campaigns. Monitor market trends and technological developments in audience management to derive innovative approaches.
