Completed degree in Marketing, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in tactical and strategic campaign optimization in performance marketing or a similar position. Experience in advising and supporting specialist departments in the implementation of use cases, from the development and conception of advertising campaigns to the preparation of results in the form of reports and presentations. Strong analytical skills and a high degree of data affinity. Knowledge in the areas of data protection and data compliance. Basic knowledge in the creation and maintenance of target group profiles and in the use of Customer Data Platforms (similar system knowledge, such as a Data Management Platform, is useful). Basic technical knowledge in web tracking and the implementation of tracking tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
