Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a BDR with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Familiarity with the SAP ERP and/or Salesforce ecosystems is a major plus.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Energy, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales metrics and year-over-year quota attainment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads that set the sales team up for success.
  • Understand the unique pain points of Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Energy verticals, tailoring messaging accordingly.
  • Research target accounts, craft outreach strategies, and engage key decision-makers in large enterprises.
  • Partner with Sales and Channel teams to maximize lead generation efforts.
  • Drive outreach for events and campaigns, co-creating engaging materials.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual lead-gen goals.
