Principal ML Engineer, ML Platform Engineering

At least 7 years of experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, data science, or similar roles. A required bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (M.S. or PhD) preferred and may substitute for experience. Experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS) for machine learning. Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and its infrastructure needs. Technical expertise in software engineering principles, machine learning techniques, infrastructure as code (Terraform), REST API design, and programming in Python. Experience with AWS microservices, containerization technologies, and multimodal data processing.

Adopt a 'lead by example' approach by actively coding and troubleshooting, creating documentation and technical diagrams. Serve as a mentor and guide to engineers, teaching and helping them grow. Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in ML Engineering. Ensure delivery of superior infrastructure and software exceeding customer expectations. Forge partnerships with product managers, data scientists, and leadership for effective collaboration. Champion cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in the AI/ML space.
