Delivery NetSuite Consultant - Manufacturing/Advanced Manufacturing

Extensive experience within the NetSuite standard and advanced Manufacturing module. Thorough understanding of NetSuite WIP & Routing functionality. Understanding of NetSuite Manufacturing OR Advanced Manufacturing functionality, specifically around Capacity planning and Finite Scheduling. Understanding of Advanced Manufacturing Workbenches setup. Understanding of Advanced Manufacturing Tablet Setup. Knowledge of NetSuite inventory costing methods including standard costing. Previous Advanced manufacturing implementations is a huge plus. Ability to lead and understand client’s manufacturing terminology. Understanding of BOM structures and their relations to WO build process. Ability to clearly define and gather requirements relating to NS MFG module. Ability to fluently guide the customer through warehouse-related transactions. Knowledge of NetSuite supported replenishment methods (Time-phase, MRP, Reorder Points).

Participate in business process mapping, analysis, design, and gap analysis. Perform functional system design and specifications. Configure systems and develop system tests, procedures, and documentation. Analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations. Document all engagements including design documents, technical specifications, and process documentation. Provide key decision support, monitor issues and risks, and create mitigation plans. Manage full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementation. Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations and promoting paperless workflows.
