Requirements:
Experience in a Sales or Business Development role within a high growth organization, preferably with startups. Outstanding communication skills including phone and written communication. Self-starter with a record of overachieving against quotas. Rigorous knowledge of sales methodologies and processes. Experience selling to developers and engineering leadership. Prior experience selling commercial services/products based on open source platforms is a plus. Strong ability to articulate and sell business value.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach. Achieve daily and weekly prospecting targets to build a favorable pipeline. Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting mid-market accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and decision-makers. Collaborate with teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Focus on accurate forecasting and maintaining coverage across commitments. Work with leadership to close deals and track sales activities in CRM. Follow established sales methodologies and execute defined sales plays. Stay informed about market trends and competitors to inform sales tactics. Achieve and exceed sales targets to support company growth. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
