• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and AI's role in enhancing user experience.
• Experience in leading design and mentoring junior designers.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for both web and mobile apps.
• Develop a strong visual identity and user experience across all platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flow diagrams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing for design iteration.
• Partner with product and engineering to develop the overall UX strategy.
• Ensure AI features enhance user interaction with transparency.
• Mentor junior designers and set design standards.
