Lead Product Designer – Web Apps

Proven experience as a Design Lead, UX/UI Designer, or similar role focused on web and mobile applications. Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and AI's role in enhancing user experience. Experience in leading design and mentoring junior designers. Ability to work cross-functionally and strong communication skills.

Lead the end-to-end design process for both web and mobile apps. Develop a strong visual identity and user experience across all platforms. Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to implement innovative solutions. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flow diagrams. Conduct user research and usability testing for design iteration. Partner with product and engineering to develop the overall UX strategy. Ensure AI features enhance user interaction with transparency. Mentor junior designers and set design standards.
