Social Worker - Child Protection - Chatham

Relevant Social Work qualification. You will have completed your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment). You will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes. Active registration with Social Work England.

Manage a caseload within a framework of appropriate reflective supervision. Undertake focused, analytical assessments, SMART plans and reviews. Ensure vulnerable children and young people with disabilities receive adequate services. Work directly with children and young people to understand their lived experiences and feelings. Use the Signs of Safety practice model in assessments and interventions.
