Qualified Social Worker – Blackburn– Adult’s Social Care

Social Work England registration. Eligible to work in the UK. Hold a full UK driving license. Post-qualified years of experience. Degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.

Respond to complex referrals, request for service or advice particularly noting details about safeguarding and risk issues. Use decision making processes to identify and plan appropriate social work and social care interventions. Provide information, support, and guidance to adults, children, young people, and their families. Ensure the views of relevant individuals are included in all assessment and service planning processes. Identify risks for vulnerable individuals and use escalation routes when necessary.
