Excellent customer service skills and confident interaction with customers.

Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation. Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries. Utilize government websites and professional resources to find solutions. Use video communication software to interact with customers. Document interactions to maintain accurate records.
