• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN preferred.
• Intuit Academy Level 1 badge qualifies with 1+ year of recent experience.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident interaction with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
• Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to find solutions.
• Use video communication software to interact with customers.
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records.
