Requirements
- Crypto or Blockchain enthusiast required.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a technical industry or company.
- Experience recruiting highly specialized talent (ideally with some crypto / blockchain or executive hiring focus).
- Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires.
- Experience leveraging niche channels to source candidates.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Experience using the recruiting tools: ATS systems, LinkedIn, leveraging social media, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the business across multiple departments on all aspects of the hiring process for crypto talent.
- Develop strategies to meet hiring goals and work alongside hiring managers to align priorities and objectives.
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.
- Plan out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract talent.
- Ensure great candidate experience keeping candidates informed and well-prepared throughout the entire process.
- Provide data-driven progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
