Experience recruiting highly specialized talent (ideally with some crypto / blockchain or executive hiring focus). Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires. Experience leveraging niche channels to source candidates. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Experience using the recruiting tools: ATS systems, LinkedIn, leveraging social media, etc. Strong written and verbal communications skills.
