Requirements

  • Crypto or Blockchain enthusiast required.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a technical industry or company.
  • Experience recruiting highly specialized talent (ideally with some crypto / blockchain or executive hiring focus).
  • Strong sourcing skills with a proven track of turning passive candidates into hires.
  • Experience leveraging niche channels to source candidates.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Experience using the recruiting tools: ATS systems, LinkedIn, leveraging social media, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business across multiple departments on all aspects of the hiring process for crypto talent.
  • Develop strategies to meet hiring goals and work alongside hiring managers to align priorities and objectives.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.
  • Plan out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract talent.
  • Ensure great candidate experience keeping candidates informed and well-prepared throughout the entire process.
  • Provide data-driven progress reports to hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
