Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server OS familiarity. Experience with OS & App Patching, OS Upgrades, Failure Remediation. Knowledge of Cloud Products & Technologies like Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange Online, Amazon AWS. Expertise in Identity Management, Authorization, and Security (Azure AD, Okta). Familiarity with EMM/MDM tools (InTune, AirWatch) and Backups & Disaster Recovery. Understanding of E-Mail Technologies and troubleshooting mail flow. Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP). Experience resolving alerts raised by SIEM/SOC providers and Anti-Virus. Great communication skills, able to converse at a conversational English level. 3+ years of general IT experience, primarily in server, infrastructure support, and networking/circuits. 1+ years of NOC experience, including ITIL-based Service Operations knowledge.
