Machine Learning Research Scientist

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of modern neural network architectures
• Extensive experience developing and implementing state-of-the-art deep learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX
• Proven track record in clinical machine learning research, demonstrated through first-author publications
• Demonstrated understanding of recent AI/ML research trends and ability to assess published clinical ML research
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience in relevant fields
• Ability to communicate clearly through various mediums

Responsibilities:

• Invent and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms
• Share insights and breakthroughs through publications in top-tier conferences, journals, and blog posts
• Survey and share relevant AI/ML research and emerging technologies within the company
• Establish and own an ambitious research agenda with regular milestones
• Frequently present work internally and solicit feedback
• Provide constructive feedback to other ML research scientists
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, engineering, and product teams
