Deep understanding of modern neural network architectures Extensive experience developing and implementing state-of-the-art deep learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX Proven track record in clinical machine learning research, demonstrated through first-author publications Demonstrated understanding of recent AI/ML research trends and ability to assess published clinical ML research Ph.D. or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience in relevant fields Ability to communicate clearly through various mediums

Invent and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms Share insights and breakthroughs through publications in top-tier conferences, journals, and blog posts Survey and share relevant AI/ML research and emerging technologies within the company Establish and own an ambitious research agenda with regular milestones Frequently present work internally and solicit feedback Provide constructive feedback to other ML research scientists Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, engineering, and product teams
