Requirements:
Master’s degree in mental health or related field required Experience working with youth and young adults Well versed in various treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus) Preferred candidates will have addiction credentials (CASAC, CAC, LADC) Experience in substance use disorder treatment is required Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) required Passionate about group treatment and skilled in conducting group sessions Reliable technical skills for telehealth sessions
Responsibilities:
Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date Meet monthly with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director Respond promptly to communication (within 48 hours) Review curriculum before group start time Facilitate all groups for the entire hour, fostering client engagement and cohesion Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision, collaborating with care team Maintain professional ethics and documentation standards
