Requirements:
  • Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT) and Saturdays.
  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
  • Experience working with youth and young adults.
  • Well versed in various modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification preferred).
  • Preferred candidates will have addiction credentials (CASAC, CAC, LADC).
  • Experience in substance use disorder treatment required.
  • Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) required.
  • Skilled in conducting group treatment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and engage clients via video.
  • Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions.
  • Reliable WIFI connection for client meetings.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox).
Responsibilities:
  • Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
  • Meet with assigned Group Quality Supervisor or Director at least once a month.
  • Respond promptly to email and Slack communication (within 48 hours).
  • Review the curriculum related to group assignments prior to sessions.
  • Facilitate group sessions following best practices and up-to-date curriculum.
  • Create a supportive environment, encourage skill development for long-term recovery.
  • Engage clients and foster group cohesion during sessions.
  • Participate in collaborative Treatment Team and Group Supervision meetings.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor treatment documentation to meet agency and professional standards.
  • Maintain professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
