Requirements:
- Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record in SaaS sales in the Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
- Hunter mentality with passion for winning in a hyper-growth company.
- Confident in navigating sales cycles with all management levels, particularly SVP/C-Level.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with discipline to function well in a remote environment.
- Professional communication skills, with a customer-centric and personable demeanor.
- Ability to drive sales independently while leveraging internal resources.
- Comfortable utilizing a partner channel to support sales.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new enterprise companies from all industries within the DACH region.
- Building and maintaining an effective pipeline by self-directed prospecting and collaboration with Business Development Representatives.
- Developing, maintaining, and reviewing territory plans to meet business goals.
- Managing full sales cycles, including account planning, targeted prospecting, discovery, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Taking a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives.
- Coordinating responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Collaborating with team members including BDRs, presales support, marketing, product, finance, and leadership.
- Representing Cognigy at industry trade fairs and events.
- Preparing, presenting, and conducting demos and customer meetings.
- Utilizing CRM to track sales cycles and engagements.
