- Build and strengthen relationships with specialty distributors, wholesalers, GPOs, and logistics partners.
- Oversee distributor onboarding, readiness, and execution for new product launches.
- Drive distributor performance and operational excellence through KPI’s.
- Monitor and analyze distributor and wholesaler performance, including shipments and inventory levels.
- Manage day-to-day relationship with 3PL provider.
- Oversee outbound distribution to specialty pharmacies and wholesalers.
- Manage full lifecycle of specialty distributor contracts and ensure compliance.
- Monitor and validate chargeback activity to ensure pricing accuracy.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance distribution processes.
