- Provide remote assistance to local teams in scheduling client, recruiter, and candidate meetings, interviews, and video conferences.
- Provide temporary administrative support to 2-4 recruiters as needed.
- Gather, record, and distribute critical information to team members and company-wide as needed.
- Organize and host team collaboration meetings to facilitate business development.
- Research market trends to drive business leads.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of database records.
- Collaborate with Knowledge Managers to share best practices and improve operational workflows.
- Partner with the Director of Administrative Operations to document and circulate best practices.
- Prepare training materials and process guides.
- Conduct periodic best practices training sessions.
