- Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments to determine students' functional mobility and physical needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized physical therapy goals as part of the IEP process
- Participate in case management responsibilities
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning sessions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records
