- Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
- Report directly to the CEO
- Use internal AI automation stack (Claude, MCP integrations across Polar Analytics, Amazon Ads, Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo, Loop, Ramp, Sonar) to operate at 10x the output
- Manage Meta campaigns: structure, budget allocation, audience strategy, creative testing cadence, bidding, aiming to scale volume while holding CAC within plan
- Manage Google: Search, PMax, YouTube, to protect brand and expand non-brand efficiently
- Evaluate and test emerging channels: TikTok, Applovin, CTV, podcast, and others
- Conduct measurement: incrementality testing, MMM inputs, attribution sanity checks
- Partner with creative team to hit 100–150 new ads/month, setting testing framework and calling wins
- Extend internal AI stack: build agents, workflows, and reporting automations
- Provide weekly performance reviews to CEO, clear, quantitative, decision-ready
