Director, SEO

Develop and lead SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, qualified leads, and client growth.
Conduct technical SEO audits and create prioritized action plans based on business impact.
Stay ahead of Google's evolving algorithms, AI Overviews, and emerging search trends.
Serve as the strategic SEO partner for key client accounts.
Lead technical audits using tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
Develop local SEO strategies focused on Google Business Profiles, citation consistency, and location page optimization.
Work with product and engineering teams to automate and improve the ROI of SEO delivery.
Mentor SEO team members and establish best practices across the department.
