- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of HR and broader HR team.
- Maintain and organize employee records and personnel files in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and maintaining accurate information in HR systems.
- Support the administration of HR policies, procedures, and internal HR processes.
- Assist the HR team with intake, documentation, and coordination related to employee relations matters.
- Support preparation of documentation related to corrective actions and HR investigations.
- Support HR-led employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment coordination and onboarding logistics.
