🔍 Payments Integration and Technology
- 4+ years in business operations, sales operations, program management, or a similar role within a technology or consulting environment
- Proven ability to create and optimize processes across sales, billing, or service delivery
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to support roadmap planning or execution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and define KPIs to guide business decisions
- Experience supporting or running strategic events, conference logistics, or marketing campaigns (e.g. giveaways, social media promotion)
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Develop and implement sales, delivery, and billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Define and implement Yeeld’s social media and PR strategy
- Implement and maintain internal software, including CRM, project management tools, and Google Drive
- Manage and vet inbound leads
- Help organize key strategic events and manage the social media strategy for these events
- Help organize conference and order swag/company giveaways
- Monitor and analyze business performance and develop KPIs to assist in strategic decision making
