  • Act as the single point of truth for cross-functional timelines, risks, and priorities across internal teams and external partners
  • Partner closely with engineering leads to pressure-test architecture, prioritize tradeoffs, and make informed calls on scope, cost, and risk
  • Manage our build cadence (dev kits, EVT/DVT/PVT), aligning vendor timelines, CM readiness, and internal test plans
  • Build and mentor a growing program team instilling execution rigor, clarity of roles, and ownership

🔍 LIDAR

  • Strong understanding of LIDAR technology or 2D/3D optical measurement hardware (experience with software is a plus).
  • Relevant experience in one or more of the following industries: Security, Smart City, Factory Automation, or Defense.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, or a related Sales role.
  • Proven ability to thrive in startup environments, particularly in competitive, dynamic, and fast-growing technology sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, escalate issues when necessary, and effectively resolve customer challenges.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to support customers onsite.
  • Engineering degree preferred, or a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to high-tech environments.
  • Drive market adoption of Voyant's FMCW architecture with strategic customers.
  • Demonstrate sensor performance to existing and potential customers to educate them on the product's technical capabilities and establish volume sales agreements.
  • Manage meeting notes, presentations, and post-sales support for all assigned accounts.
  • Identify, monitor, and analyze market conditions and competitors to understand industry requirements and growth trends in the 3D sensing market. Develop effective market penetration strategies.
  • Provide customers with first-line technical assistance, troubleshooting, and engineering support.
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as trade shows, conferences, communications, and the creation of product documentation.
