  • You’re comfortable building fullstack applications using Typescript and React
  • You have strong communication skills and high customer empathy
  • You are adept at building operator tooling and being resourceful
  • You are experienced bridging the gap between non-technical support and product teams
  • You’re curious about B2B software, enterprise sales, and revenue operations
  • Onboard our largest customers’ core revenue processes onto Turnstile
  • Diagnose and solve complex customer needs using existing tools and new tooling as you deem necessary
  • Think like a Product Manager and operate with autonomy to: Build operator tooling to help accelerate your own role and that of non-technical support
  • Build customer features that make onboarding easier and faster for customers
  • Provide feedback to product teams in terms of customer demands and system operability
  • Become familiar with Turnstile’s application and codebase, and use that knowledge to help customers run their businesses
  • Work with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver critical business outcomes
