  • Create, update, optimize, and manage marketing assets including blog posts, landing pages, website pages, forms, calls-to-actions, and more.
  • Ensure deadlines are met through tightly managing the coordination and execution of assets for assigned marketing campaigns using marketing tools.
  • Create, manage, proof, and test email marketing campaigns, and ensure lists are kept up to date.
  • Manage and oversee social media channels, staying abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Support editing and proofing of marketing assets, including Adobe documents, images, PowerPoint, Word, videos, marketing support materials, and other assets as needed.
  • Support CMS (HubSpot) health through maintenance projects, enhancements, and monitoring.

  • Leverage best practice SEO to optimize content and guide decisions through initiatives.
  • Analyze brand presence, conduct competitive website analysis, and discover content gaps.
