- Identify, nurture, close new leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
- Develop and execute designer outreach and nurture strategy with guidance from the Associate Director of Marketing.
- Serve as an enablement partner, collaborating with the Marketing and Community team to onboard designers and ensure early success on the Thangs platform.
- Take a leadership role in meeting Thangs’ designer outreach and growth goals through onboarding new designers and supporting existing designers’ growth.
- Serve as a trusted business partner for designers to support revenue growth, including identifying new opportunities and partnerships, negotiating rates, and ensuring designer retention.
- Develop creative industry partnerships and new revenue opportunities for Thangs through strategic brand, industry, and retail partnerships in collaboration with the Associate Director of Marketing and Thangs executive team that drive creator and platform success.
- Negotiate partnership agreements with designers and business partners as needed.
