  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in Federal Government Business Development, Sales, or Leadership positions.
  • Existing network of relationships in U.S. Federal Government and federal prime contractors.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical concepts to develop customer-focused solutions.
  • Knowledge of federal procurement, government contract vehicles, and FAR/DFAR.
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Federal government security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship verification required.
  • Leverage technical concepts to collaborate with customers, partners, and end users to develop customer-centric solutions.
  • Develop account penetration strategies for customer acquisition and execution of strategic account plans.
  • Manage opportunity identification with federal agencies while partnering with management and engineering.
  • Provide expertise on federal government knowledge to improve win strategy.
  • Support RFI and RFP responses as a federal subject matter expert.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with federal agency end-users and contractors.
