  • Proficiency in laptop and desktop computers and Operating Systems.
  • 1-2 years of IT help desk support experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware and software issues.

  • Provide remote support to other US staff and to CI customers.
  • Aid in user account management, including adding, removing, and maintaining account access.
  • Install systems and software in customer organizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems on desktop and laptop computers.
  • Participate in remote chat services for equipment configuration and software applications.
  • Test and debug programs and submit results.
  • Provide support in testing software deployment and customer service issues.
