Requirements:
Proficiency in laptop and desktop computers and Operating Systems. 1-2 years of IT help desk support experience. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware and software issues. Ability to follow knowledge articles and articulate instructions effectively. Capacity to assist multiple customers simultaneously. Expertise in monitoring trouble tickets and documenting resolution steps. Customer service experience in a call center or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT preferred. U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities:
Provide remote support to other US staff and to CI customers. Aid in user account management, including adding, removing, and maintaining account access. Install systems and software in customer organizations. Troubleshoot and resolve problems on desktop and laptop computers. Participate in remote chat services for equipment configuration and software applications. Test and debug programs and submit results. Provide support in testing software deployment and customer service issues.
