Requirements:
- Proficiency in laptop and desktop computers and Operating Systems.
- 1-2 years of IT help desk support experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware and software issues.
- Ability to follow knowledge articles and articulate instructions effectively.
- Capacity to assist multiple customers simultaneously.
- Expertise in monitoring trouble tickets and documenting resolution steps.
- Customer service experience in a call center or equivalent.

- Test and debug programs and submit results.
- Provide support in testing software deployment and customer service issues.
