  • Proven experience within the fashion industry or working with fashion/lifestyle brands

  • Develop and execute 360° marketing and media plans across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to Gen Z audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver curated, trend-led merchandising, high-impact campaigns, and seasonal activations.
  • Monitor and track campaign and account performance, delivering clear insight reports and recommendations to drive operational excellence and improved profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities across new markets and retail formats (e.g., in-store, regional, graduate), in line with our goal to expand student reach.
  • Ensure sustainable commercial growth for both partners and UNiDAYS through data-driven decisions and student-first strategies.
  • Stay ahead of cultural, seasonal and category trends to help inform strategic plans and maintain our leadership position in the student fashion market
