Manage all travel coordination for creators participating in the college tailgate tour, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related logistics
Source, negotiate, book, and manage hotel accommodations and hotel blocks across multiple markets
Coordinate and book on-the-ground transportation, including airport transfers and local transportation as needed
Build and maintain detailed travel itineraries and distribute relevant information to creators and internal teams
Serve as a primary point of contact for creators regarding travel plans, schedules, and logistical questions
Monitor travel plans and proactively troubleshoot delays, cancellations, scheduling conflicts, and other issues as they arise
Track travel costs and provide regular updates to the production team to support budget management
