How We Work

You work remotely, with a focus on delivering high-quality support to customers. This role balances reactive support with proactive education. You collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams. This ensures timely and accurate assistance for platform users. You maintain documentation standards to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy. You also assist with go-to-market activities for new feature launches. Your work directly impacts customer experience and education initiatives.
