  • At least 2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role.
  • Ability to communicate well in English (both spoken and written); bilingual in Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage.

  • Handling communications from current and prospective clients in a professional manner.
  • Data entry and verification of data.
  • Performing other administrative duties required by the Company’s management.

  • Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Outsourcing and Group Accounting experience is an advantage
  • Good communication in English (spoken and written), bilingual in English and Mandarin/Malay is a plus
  • Experience in using MS Excel and MS Word (or Google Docs)
  • Preferably experience in accounting-related softwares (eg, Xero, Dext, Talenox etc.)
  • Attention to details and meticulous work ethic demonstrated
  • Ability to work independently after training

  • Handle Annual Bookkeeping / Annual Reporting (i.e. preparation of Financial Statements, consolidation, XBRL filing)
  • Handle full-set of accounts for clients
  • Handle accounts payables functions / payroll functions if needed
