- 3-5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or hospitality technology, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in mid-market or enterprise segments.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluent in English & Portuguese
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise-level hotel groups.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Articulate the value of Triptease solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position Triptease as a thought leader.
- Provide valuable feedback to Product and Marketing teams to inform innovation and market alignment.
- Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts to the leadership team.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to maximize brand impact and enhance go-to-market strategies.
